It’s suggested that new hypnotherapy tracks are best listened to almost nightly over 2-3 weeks to quickly achieve its true affects. Tested over a 1-2 week period by several (now former) stressballs at Pure Existence, after an hour of listening at sleeptime followed by a deep slumber, by morning we had clear minds, relaxed spirits and were back on a foundation to respond more calmly and logically to stressful moments and issues.
